4. Applicable law

The present General Terms of Use are subject to French law. 

In case of dispute or claim, the Parties will try to find an amicable agreement before initiating any litigation. 

In the absence of an amicable agreement between the Parties, any dispute relating to the conclusion, execution, interpretation and termination of the present General Terms of Use shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
